The place is amazing, we can see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window! Lots great restaurants and bars near by and the night is quiet! Host is very flexible and responsive! We loved it!

Excellent location and spectacular view of the lights on top of the Eiffel Tower

Positives:Excellent location with over 10 restaurants on the block, boulangeries in short walking distance,Metro station 10 minutes walk away really spectacular view of the light show on top of the Eiffel Tower (at 10:20 pm and 11 pm) from the master bedroom window. Room air conditioning (was absolutely essential in June)Master bedroom with attached bath Apartment has good charm both inside and outside the building and still provides adequate functionality for a short stay. Negatives:No elevator- luckily the apartment is on the 2nd floor and not higher Washer and dryer did not work well. Both left the clothes wet. The apartment is quite small though it’s supposedly large for a Paris apartment Many apartment owners have replaced the country-standard electric outlets with universal outlets. Unfortunately, this apartment did not provide those. Also, the number of electrical outlets near the bed was not adequate. The bathroom curtain around the tub needs to be replaced- it’s old and hard to use.

The location is outstanding: just a short walk from Rue Cler, and close enough to the Eiffel Tower to see the tip of it from one bedroom window! Speaking of: the room with the double bed is quite small, and the bathroom even smaller - we were banging into walls and handles all week. The room with two single beds is quite spacious, and the bathroom next to it as well.We stayed in July, and the window AC units did just fine against the heat in the 2-bed room and the living room, but could not keep up in the smaller bedroom.
