It was very nice that the heating was on

It was very nice that the heating was on when we came because the lovely, old stone house was quite cold. There were no shops to buy food nearby, and the closest restaurant was not able to serve us dinner or breakfast. Still, there was another restaurant a 10 minutes walk back again, so we were able to get dinner but the breakfast wasn’t possible until 5 km away on our walk towards Santiago (the bars and restaurants before that were closed or not serving). It’s therefore a good idea to bring some food. We were 8 persons and enjoyed our stay in the house, it’s very picturesque, but there is only one small bathroom.
