This real estate agency uses Airbnb to rent an apartment from a private owner, which leads to duplicates and misunderstandings. Care was taken during the period between the booking and the arrival, where the information provided was clear and accurate. The communal areas of the residence were dirty. The apartment itself was clean and in accordance with the description. The view of the mountains was beautiful. All amenities were available to make our weekend an unforgettable moment with friends. We were 6 adults, and everyone was comfortable.

Positive: Very pleasant apartment, very bright, very cozy. The decor features warm colors, which makes the apartment feel like "home, sweet home". The owner had asked the previous tenants to leave the heating on, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we arrived late in the evening. The amenities were more than adequate. There was even some pantry items! Very useful, even though we didn’t need them. A well-stocked library delighted our granddaughter. Negative: Nothing to report.
