Advantage: quiet place, beautiful sea view, nice garden, close to Fort de France, clean house, pleasant host, comfortable sofa. The house is very ventilated, remember to bring a sweater especially in the evening depending on the season. Disadvantage: poor quality bedding, we all had back pain at the end of the stay. There is a lack of bedding that should be available without having to ask for it (duvets, spare sheets). The doors in the restroom and bathroom are worn and need replacing. There is significant visibility with the neighbors. We did not like the TV remote control system on the mobile because if the battery is dead, there is no TV. Otherwise, overall our stay went well.
