Very good welcome, very nice and welcoming owner (the local vegetable basket, a real treat), but the prices charged by the intermediary (homerez) are significantly higher than if you book directly. The studio was very clean, in almost new condition and very well located between Toulouse and Montauban.

5 stars for the owners (not to be confused with Loïc and Estelle, the Homerez managers) who welcomed us very well, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped. However, the listing can be misleading as in the photos it seems there are two separate rooms which is not the case. In fact, the photo where you see the pallet sofas is a shared terrace (not specified in the listing). We booked for 4 adults (including two young people aged 18) which is really limited for 4 nights and for dining at a table that only has three seats and three chairs. Homerez should clarify that there is only one room plus a shared terrace.

We had an excellent stay with Estelle and Loïc. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly furnished. All the equipment is new and well thought out. We were warmly welcomed by Estelle, who provided us with information about activities to do in the area and where to buy regional products. Estelle and Loïc were very hospitable. I highly recommend this accommodation and these hosts.
