Beautiful location, lovely house, nice garden with a wonderful swimming pool. Everything is clean and well maintained. A perfect base for trips to the surrounding cities and Lake Trasimeno. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work, but long live the Italian dryer!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and clean. Well-equipped with beautiful views and a fantastic pool. The whole complex consists of several apartments, the owner's house, a lovely garden with pool, and a restaurant. Pros: the apartment itself pool views food at the restaurant town (there is a shop, several restaurants) very nice owners Cons: i missed a sponge for washing dishes, a sharp knife, sugar, and washing capsules for the washing machine (there is a washing machine, which is a big plus) Overall, I rate my stay 10/10!
