We had a good week in the accommodation, a peaceful and pleasant place. Everything was suitable, however there was little communication with the hosts, which is a shame.. Regarding the accommodation, it was mentioned that a door in the bedroom separated the accommodation from the hosts' private living space, and that noise would not be an issue, while in reality we could hear everything from the hosts' daily life (television quite loud, shower, vacuum cleaner, toilet trips,.. and this at all hours of the day and night! This disturbed our sleep several times, as well as that of our 3-year-old daughter, which is unfortunate during a holiday week. We think it would be better to prioritize rentals to friends of the hosts rather than to complete strangers. A small downside was the cleaning of the pool, which was done two days before our departure.. We still have good memories of our stay, but several points need serious improvement for future rentals.

Very well-located accommodation, ideal for a family of 4, but with many points to improve. It should be clearly stated in the listing that this accommodation is located at the back of the owner’s house. Communication with the host was difficult. The entrance door’s blind does not work, so one should not be used to sleeping in complete darkness as you'll wake up at dawn. The host is aware of the problem, but this is not mentioned anywhere. There is a locked connecting door in the room to the host's house (to be specified for future visitors), but there is very poor sound insulation as we could hear the host's television every night. Additionally, an effort needs to be made regarding cleanliness, and the pool needed a good cleaning, especially using an algaecide (the water was murky). Also, cancellation is not free when renting this accommodation, a point that needs to be revisited.
