Positive: Location close to the beach and friendly owner. Negative: Too many houses with a lot of people close to the apartment, impossible to isolate from noise with windows that have small adjustable shutters.

Positive: The view from the balcony of the blooming gardens every morning and the friendliness of the hosts, being helpful and supportive, speak for this very relaxing place. A spot to explore the island of Martinique from the south. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Having a rental car is helpful for shopping in the nearest larger town, Marin. In Sainte-Anne, there are small restaurants where one can dine well. Sometimes, it’s advisable to reserve in advance.
