The apartment is fantastic and perfectly located

The apartment is fantastic, and it is perfectly located. There is a perfect beach very close by, and on the other side, the Mar Menor, providing almost a 360° ocean view. The terraces are very nice. There is one on each side, so besides the views, there’s a good breeze, but the crown jewel is the spectacular rooftop terrace. It has a shower, hose, barbecue, a table for dining, and sun loungers. For us, the apartment was perfect, but we encountered two problems: one, that the air conditioning in the living room, the shared space par excellence, didn’t work, and two, more seriously, the air conditioning in the bedroom was dripping so much that in a few hours a mop bucket filled up, and it was dripping so close to the electricity of the unit itself. Otherwise, everything was fine. Everything was quite clean and had many amenities.

The apartment is great, clean, cozy, and very well equipped. The view from the rooftop terrace is incredibly beautiful. Unfortunately, it was very windy during our stay. The landlord and the staff on site are very friendly and reliable. We had no problems.

Positive: Everything was very well equipped, cared for, and clean. They leave all cleaning products at your disposal. The beds were excellent, the bathrooms in very good condition, and air conditioning in each room. The private parking was also a plus. The guy who received us to give us the keys was a delight.
