Positive: Bright house, the living room and terrace are very nice as well as the kitchen, which is well equipped. Parking spaces right in front, which is very appreciated. Negative: The wooden stairs creak as soon as you use them, (especially since the two toilets are on the ground floor), the mezzanine upstairs has no interest, spiral staircase with small beds inside (impossible to stand up there). In fact, there are only 3 bedrooms (without wardrobe, just a chair to put things on) on the ground floor, and a sofa upstairs for which you need to provide a flat sheet and not a fitted sheet because it doesn't fit (the dimensions of the sofa bed should be specified). There is a closet at the entrance with a few hangers, vacuum cleaner, iron... television in the 3 bedrooms and living room. Only one bathroom for 7 people is just enough. Insulation is not great, wooden sliding doors with a simple hook for the toilet and bathroom. Ideally, there would be a toilet upstairs, so as not to wake anyone when going down the stairs, and a second bathroom.
