We had a good stay, very nice view and the beach located just below the residence. Private parking, but I find it small for parking. Marina nearby, but late at night we could hear music (likely from a bar), but it’s summer. Thanks to Jean who was flexible with the keys and responsive during our stay.

We stayed in this accommodation from July 16 to 23 and really enjoyed the beautiful view from the apartment. However, the air conditioning was broken (deafening noise) throughout our stay, which made our nights very hot and uncomfortable. There is a bit of essential equipment missing in the kitchen, like a good cutting knife, which is particularly regrettable when you want to enjoy good Corsican charcuterie. On the other hand, Jean Pascal was very responsive in replacing the coffee pot, and communication with Jean, the concierge, was excellent. He is very kind. In summary, a good stay. I recommend it for a stay in Ajaccio! 😁
