As I understand it, Homerez is an agency, but we were looked after at all times by Malena, the owner of the house, according to what she told me. Mrs. Malena had a way of expressing herself that was quite rude, as if she were lacking patience when responding to some questions we had; she responded very poorly for my liking. Her employee Flor was a wonderful person with a smile at all times, doing everything her boss ordered. Flor was always very attentive. Regarding the house, we liked it a lot; we were very comfortable, just as it is shown in the description. The pool was quite dirty, and of course, we rented a house with a pool because we were going to use it! The weather in Mallorca was marvelous, so we had to clean it ourselves to be able to use it. Quiet neighborhood, and otherwise very recommendable; by car, we were close to everywhere. I wouldn't recommend public transport. Regards and thank you.
