Very nice apartment, well located and well equipped. The host was accommodating to change the check-out time from 10 AM to 11 AM. However, it was stated that there was a dryer, but this was not the case. For us, with our baby, this was a real selection criterion, and disappointment and frustration were present upon arrival. I understand that mistakes happen since that was the response I received. They corrected the listing immediately, which is good. But I am disappointed that I did not receive a commercial gesture that I requested after explaining the situation. The reply was a simple apology stating that there would be no compensation and that there are paid dryers in the village... the response came two days after our arrival, just before we left... I found that a bit unacceptable!! Otherwise, nothing to say, the studio is very nice and the view is amazing.
