We stayed in this BNB for a bachelor party, the house is beautiful and the outdoor areas are too! The quirky decor is amazing! The house has everything you need for your stay, perhaps a Bluetooth speaker is missing. The owner is very strict about the rules which can be a bit stressful, there's no noise in the garden after 10 PM or you risk losing your deposit if neighbors complain or the police, who are right across the street, are called. It's also a shame not to mention in the listing that the accommodation is not entirely private as the owner's son resides on the property and his accommodation is separated by just a curtain. Even though the noise inside isn't bothersome, we were quite worried about disturbing ... the entrance is not self-sufficient which made organizing the day of the bachelor party a bit difficult. Some participants couldn't attend certain activities in order to go pick up the keys to the accommodation, which is very unfortunate! That said, the "sharing" went very well and we had no issues. Good communication from the owner via SMS and phone. We had a wonderful evening and morning in the house and will only keep fabulous memories of this incredibly important weekend for us all.

Great stay with friends, everything was as shown in the photos and the communication was clear. There is a big downside, it is not possible to make any noise in the garden (~8 PM) for fear of receiving a warning from the neighbors, which is a shame.
