Accommodation used for one night, during a cycling trip

Accommodation used for one night, during a cycling trip by 8 adults; location in the mountains, accommodation "in its original state" but complete (except for a can opener not found). It's a pity that the person responsible for check-in and check-out has to drive 30 minutes each way. Big issue: the electricity had not been turned on, so there was no hot water upon arrival ... a bit unfortunate since we arrived late in the afternoon.
