a fantastic view of the southern Algarve

The location is beautiful: a fantastic view of the southern Algarve from about 460 m above the sea. A 180-degree view towards Faro - Loulé. A picture not to be forgotten. The house is very spacious and reasonably well equipped and clearly in the summer a beautiful place. One bedroom has a kind of conservatory from which the view was even better. Recommended. The access to the house is good on one firm bump in the driveway after which you have to drive. Owner is very alert and tries to solve things correctly. Thanks for that. Price-quality ratio is good for us because we paid a lower rate per day than the "full" rate. For that full amount, this accommodation would have been insufficient for us.

Magical holiday at the villa Quinta da Violeta!

I would like to express my immense gratitude to the villa owner – Olga, for her help in organizing our trip and for our stay in this magical villa!! Our vacation was truly magical, as we enjoyed the unforgettable view every day of our stay at this house in Portugal!! It’s simply fantastic!! Such a panorama, which opens up from here, cannot be found anywhere else in Portugal. We have wonderful memories for a lifetime about the most romantic evenings!! By the way, privacy is very important to us, and I would like to note that this house is located in a very secluded and secure place, perfect for lovers of quiet and peaceful vacation. There are a few houses nearby, but it is always quiet there. The grounds on which the house is located are very well-kept and incredibly beautiful. There is a large swimming pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue area. Inside the villa on the ground floor, there is a large spacious living room with a fireplace where we spent our evenings, a huge kitchen with all necessary utensils, several guest rooms, and a spacious hallway. On the second floor, there are also several guest rooms, a cozy bedroom, and a small and incredibly romantic living room with a fireplace. From the bedroom, there is access to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views. The owner of the house, Olga, helped us with absolutely everything, from planning our vacation to all the little things we needed for living in the house. She was always in touch with us, and this was very pleasant. We felt her care and attention towards us – her guests. She also warmly welcomed us and bid us farewell, which is extremely important in an unfamiliar country. She was our guide and took us on an unforgettable tour of southern Portugal. In conclusion, I would like to say that our stay in this villa was one of the best moments of our lives. We are endlessly grateful to Olga for giving us this opportunity!! I highly recommend a holiday at this villa!! It is unforgettable!!!

Lovely with a beautiful view in a very spacious house. The location is stunning: a fantastic view over the southern Algarve from about 460 m above sea level. A 180-degree view towards Faro - Loulé. A picture that is unforgettable. The house is very spacious and reasonably well-equipped, clearly a lovely place for the summer. One bedroom has a sort of conservatory from which the view was even better. Highly recommended. The approach to the house is good, aside from one steep bump in the driveway that you have to drive up. The owner is very attentive and tries to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Thank you for that. The price-quality ratio is good for us because we paid a lower rate per day than the "full" rate. For that full amount, this accommodation would have received an unsatisfactory rating from us. See under 'disappointments'.
