Nice landlord, disastrous agency Homerez

The owner was kind, the house overall very nice with a few cosmetic flaws. The heated pool is great. We would never book a house through the agency Homerez again. The communication was a disaster. They only contacted us when they wanted money (unjustifiably) or to clarify a schedule error. My questions were ignored. For example, when I asked for the landlord's email address to arrange the arrival time, the response was: mail: ……@… Conclusion: we would book the house again, but never through Homerez as a partner of Fewo direct.
