There is nothing to say about the rooms or the location. However, the living areas were disappointing: the kitchen was impractical, the equipment was basic, and there were no living rooms. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to have some barbecues in the courtyard.

The owner is great, the rooms, bathrooms, and garden are fantastic. <br/>However, in the kitchen, there's a lack of some dishes (large pots, no salad bowl, the extractor hood doesn't work) for cooking for 14, toaster doesn't work. <br/>Nothing serious especially considering the price. We recommend the accommodation in Lourdes.

The house is very spacious for large groups, we were 12 but it could accommodate up to 20. It’s a relief that each room has its own bathroom and TV. The txoco is well equipped, but if more people come, more crockery would be needed, though there is a dishwasher. Everything was very well maintained and clean. There’s a closed area for parking cars and a barbecue, which we used despite the drizzle. The location is very good if you want a secluded and quiet house, it is close to the coast (Gaztelugatxe, Mundaka, Bermeo) and Bilbao. Shops are 7 km away. Lourdes is a good host, always attentive to our needs. Highly recommended accommodation.
